4. NO RETURNS — REPLACEMENT POLICY
Pepvitaly operates under a strict no-returns policy. Due to the specialized nature of our research products, returns for change of mind are not accepted. The only available remedy is a product replacement in the event that an item arrives damaged or defective. To request a replacement, the customer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide photographic evidence of the damage.

Processing and delivery times are estimates only. Pepvitaly is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
